Wonderful people to work with and very knowledgeable
Online says closed at 7, but due to Covid they close earlier so they should probably update that. I showed up and there was a women outside and as I was approaching the door she locked it without saying a word to me or informing their hours had changed. I read the sign on the door with their new hours and she still didn’t say anything as she walked to her car. Incredibly rude and I can’t get over that the worker or manager didn’t politely communicate with me. Never going back and it’s a shame you need kitty litter because I would’ve gladly bought your business some. Not now.
Glad to see that you finally changed your hours on google because not everyone thinks to look at a Facebook page. The two ladies were correct that we were trying to look at the hours, but what they weren’t correct about is that my girlfriend and I WERE wearing a mask. We were completely six feet apart from them before we had reached the door. They could’ve easily and politely communicated that they were closed or that their hours had changed. Yes, I could’ve read the sign myself (which I did anyways), but I feel like that would’ve been the professional thing to do instead of look at us, lock the door, and walk away without even a simple smile or hello.
Terrible experience.
I emailed them asking for more information.
They emailed me back and were extremely short and denied to even give me more information because I have outside dogs.
Even though I told them that the one I was interested in was going to be inside only.
I am aware that there are guidelines for a reason, but just because a dog is outside does not mean it is mistreated.
You will not find happier dogs than mine.
