BAM is awesome!! The coaches treat you like family. Coaching or classes are expensive, but very worth it. They have bike storage and lots of trainers so you can do a bike group ride that syncs all the bikes together. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve fitness and learn new skills, no matter your background.

Love this facility! Everything for Endurance Athletes. A Great workout, great bike fitter, great mechanic and amazing coaches!
If you are a triathlete and live in the Salt Lake area you have to check this place out. Wes is one of the best coaches I know.
