Such a great place to spend the morning.
Native animal exhibits, the animals seem happy and well cared for, and they have such a great variety. Free roaming peacocks and bush turkeys were a delight for the kids (don't leave your food unattended ????).
The toilets are clean and maintained. Barbecues, covered seating, a little kiosk and a big playground suitable for all ages.
Heaps of parking (paid). Highly recommended for all ages.
The kids loved it. We had a picnic at the park and the bush turkeys and peacocks cane to greet us. The peacocks are a lot more friendly than they were when we visited a few years ago. There was plenty of parking which was great. The wombat was out in the afternoon so the kids were pretty excited to see that! They fed the wombat at the right time of the day so everyone had a chance to see it. Loved this place!
What a great place for a days picnic. Plenty of tables and chairs with BBQs. The animal enclosures where fantastic. Amazing birds walking around the park with kangaroos fenced off as well. Totally recommend this place.
Really great place to see a ton of bats as well as feeding the emus. Best of all its free! Also the food and drinks are not expensive there.
Very enjoyable, not a huge variety of animals though. I reccommend getting some emu food and feeding the animals, it's very fun! The staff were also really kind
