Was literally there at 8:01 today sat 26/10 for a 8am start. Was told by the staff I was to late to attend class and denied entry.
Went to a few of the 1.5 hour community yoga classes given by the trainees. Although they are obviously not yoga teachers yet they definitely know how to lead a class. The only downside is that every half an hour they switch teachers so sometimes you've got three teachers and three different types of yoga within one lesson. Since you no what you sign up for and only pay a donation of $5,00 this shouldn't really be a big deal though.
We attended the trainee session in town, the session was beautifully run. The space was clean, friendly and welcoming. A real gem of a find.
Great instructours and great classes! They help med a lot as I'm a beginner :) Been to two traineers classes and will miss it when i fly back home. Hopefully I see u later :)
I took a 1.5 hour community yoga class. I really liked the room. It had an opening to the outside that let in oodles of bright sunlight and the perfect breeze. They provided a mat, a block, a strap, a bolster, and a blanket.
The instructor was very sweet and provided nice adjustments. She also sang at the end of savasana, which was a nice touch to the practice.
