Last week, I called up to arrange a birthday party for my son’s kindergarten class of 23 kids. I asked the person who answered the phone whether or not Slot Car Racing would be appropriate for 5-6 year olds and whether the venue was adequate for over 20 kids plus parents. She did not know the answer to either question so she asked me to send through an email enquiry and said someone will reply me with the information and forms. I emailed as requested. It has been 1 week and no one has replied my email. During this week, I called up 3 times to chase a reply to my email. And every time, the person who answered the phone was clueless and said someone will check and reply my email soon. Well, I gave up and booked a party somewhere else, with prompt communication, preferences discussed and deposit paid within 1 day. If you don’t want business, hey, that’s fine with me. Waste of time though.
Had our daughters 2nd birthday here with about 8 other children. All had a great time even the older 7 year old. Party hosts were young girls but they did a good job engaging with the kids.
Great fun for the little ones. Friendly staff too.
Mothers day at cheeky. The hosts were attentive, every table was well taken care of, the menus hits every food lovers dream. A really good experience.
What a wonderful place! We had my 5 yr olds birthday party there yesterday and everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing. The scones and sandwiches - Divine. My daughter had the best time. Thank you for making her special day just perfect!
