Trying to get your account cancelled is IMPOSSIBLE! This crunch is independently owned and is not a part of the franchise. They will call you for payments but will not let you cancel the membership. I have been under mandatory quarantine and I paid 85 dollars to cancel over the phone. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME Because I did not do this in person! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE and not even legal! THIS IS DISRESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE AFFECTED BY THE PANDEMIC! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

took several months, on multiple occasions, to try and cancel a membership; no reimbursement for the months either, even though the fault was on their end.
Convenient hours. Membership for a small fee, but there is an annual fee. I don't get the annual fee. This is not a rewards credit card.

I see constant new faces (staff). Actually there are always new employees makes you wonder why?? Not so friendly, I was always taught if you want to keep them coming back you give a friendly smile, a greeting and always know their name.
In almost a year that I've been here i have never been approached by a personal trainer if i could get off of a machine so that he could use right in the middle of my reps. It was like my time didn't matter. Really offended he's new so I'll let it slide once. 5 star to 3.
Add on : FYI I started to notice that crunch wasn't very clean and nobody was ever cleaning at least when I was there the bottoms of the polls looks like as if somebody had thrown up on it and never been wiped, so with COVID amongst us, just be aware they were becoming lazy and not too worried about sanitizing. People never wiped their machines etc. down after they were done (sweat everywhere) of the machines and I highly doubt they'll do it now guess people are who they are there other clean or dirty.
