Description
Based in Greensborough, Victoria, Diamond Valley Martial Arts Academy is operated by Aaron Ireland. Teaching Freestyle Combat, a self defence system developed by prominent Australian martial artist Mick Nicholls (note that Mick does not instruct in Greensborough). Freestyle blends together Boxing, Karate, Filipino Kali and Panuntukan (as seen in the Jason Bourne movies), Muay Thai Kickboxing, Israeli Tactical Krav Maga, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, and Worden's Combative's (as trained in the US Special forces) along with traditional values and modern principals, into a complete, urban fighting system.

I have been looking and training martial arts for a few years back. But this is the first place i feel that i can experience my passion and practise with all my heart and soul. The classmates are really friendly and the lessons are beyond my expectaion in terms of self defence. I can now get more confident in protecting my self and my familly every time i go out of my home. Highly recommended.
