Super rude!!! I got a job offer and I accepted it as an assistant teacher I decided to purchase a book to become a lead teacher. Spent $120 for a course and didn't start it right away because it was something I just decided to do. My center ended up losing a lead teacher so my boss then required me to take that course so I could replace that teacher. Now we all know bosses get inpatient so I then had to rush this course and I tried my hardest to complete it I work from 8AM-6PM with four children of my own. I turned the book in somethings were incomplete why? Because you buy a book and half the answers were online you have to go to many websites some that didn't even work there were some questions I just skipped but in no way was there soooo many missing questions so I called someone and they explained how much of a mess my packet was blah blah just putting me down as a person I felt like personally attacked came at me super disrespectful. Some people aren't living in a perfect world you should know how to communicate professionally without offending someone instead of writing rude comments how about you say hey you I see you're having a difficult time if you have any questions we are here to help but no you look at it like someone was being lazy not knowing that my life is busy as it already is to try and complete a course I intended on taking my time with I now have to get done asap. After this course I definitely would not recommend nor will I get my future courses through them.
The staff is helpful and professional.
Told employee I would head out to pick up Books was told they closed at 12pm made it at 11 and nobody was there very poor customer service if you ask me smh
I have been ordering books for my staff here and I am satisfied with their services and also what we get out of these books.
If I could give them a negative star I would. I would never use any of their services, AND I will try to make sure no one I know never uses their services again.
