Terrible service... we wanted to buy some special effects make up for our daughter for Christmas. The first time I went to the store the gentleman was super helpful, he was going to make up a special pack for us, only he didn't, have anything available for a week or so! (he had to bring it from his geelong store) he said he would send us photos of the different sorts available, as we were going on holidays and wouldn't be back until the week of Christmas. when we went into to the store to see if anything was ready, we were greeted by by his wife who said everything was sold out! I asked politely why a pack hadn't been made for us and why we weren't contacted. (its now three days till Christmas) she said very rudely we are under the pump!!! I get it, its Christmas, but we are also customers! she said she could make us up something now from behind the counter, Now we don't know anything about this make up, we are completely new to it all. I was confused because all the over the counter product she was pointing to was there the first time we were at the store. our thoughts were the man was making us up something different. we had spent a bit of time talking to him ( he was very knowledgeable). I said to her that he would have had time to make a pack up from behind the counter as he had spent so much time with us. she took it as if i was calling him lazy and he was just standing there. ( I didn't say this at all, i actually thought he was really nice.) she continued to be rude, she took everything we said completely out of context and seemed annoyed that we were even there to be honest.
after we left the store i received a phone call from the previous mentioned gentleman - her husband. saying he was not going to help me, he would not make a pack up or sell anything to me as he didn't appreciate me saying he was just standing there! I tried to have a conversation but he hung up before i got a word in!!! all for asking a few questions and just trying to understand the product they were selling. really bad attitude and shocking customer service
