As a visiting Grandmother with 5 boys this place used to be a great place to give the kids an outing. I was in shock when I returned recently that they are still asking the same price and most of the fun stuff is gone and replaced with arcade gaming machines!! Just the thing you do not want your kids on. So disappointed. This place has changed into an after school care centre and they are taking your money for old equipment that hurts the children's backside as the joins in the slides are old and all my kids got very sore from the slides. Its an absolute rip off. The food is baseline and the coffee. I will never come back. Spend your money elsewhere or go to the park.
Big time is great idea my 4yr old had a great time having big time there makes the center so much more fun and food was nice compared to last time I came with the kids
Was a good place for all kids from 12 months up to 10 years old. Removing all the toddler section means there is now nothing for children under 4 years old. The addition of an arcade games section is a money grabbing exercise that is also a major distraction from the kids playing as the place was originally designed. I will not be returning unless the arcade section has been removed....
I got there only to realise their baby section had been replaced with a gaming section. Its definitely no longer a place to take young children. There is nothing at all for a 1 year old to play with. I'm very disappointed, this was a place I used to take my kids to all the time, but I definitely won't be returning.
We celebrated our daughter's 3rd birthday couple of days ago. Great Place for Kids to spend time!!! Staff members are quite friendly. Party room could have been decorated nicely, there was no balloon or Happy Birthday sign in the room. however, staff arranged some balloons after requesting. Also food platters wasnt great. Food could have been much better. I personally asked my guest how was the food and they weren't quite impressed with the food. For chicken wings platter if it was deep fried crispy chicken wings , would have been much better. Although I had no issue with quantity of food which was pretty good.
