Incredible bowling place and retro vibes. Unfortunately very poor customer service ruined the experience. Went to ask the customer service person a question and they proceeded to stay on the phone completely ignoring me standing and waiting 5 minutes. The phone call sounded to be about unrelated topic and not urgent. Was not served and ended up walking away as a result. The person then did not even bother to acknowledge us as we left .
Have been coming to Go Bowling ever since I was a kid and now bring my own child ???? I have easily been to this venue 30 times in my life and each time we have had a blast!! Food is pretty good (but we mainly get potato wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce) kids love the arcade games. Always accommodating staff. It is and will continue to be a celebration destination and a special part of myself and my families memories and life.❤????
Awesome bowling alley, the process to book and pay was quick and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The venue was clean and tidy, I would highly recommend booking a lane if you are going during a busy period or school holidays. They have a bar and food available.
