We used Heating Specialties Inc. 2 times. The first was to replace our HVAC system in 2017. The second time was to replace our water heater in October 2020. They did an outstanding job both times. We had gotten several estimates before we decided on using them. They were not the least expensive. But they were the only ones who gave us a complete evaluation of what we needed and what would be the most cost effective system for us. They took the time to evaluate our whole house and set us up with the correct system. No one else who we got estimates from did this. Even though we paid a bit more we trusted what they said and did not want to skimp on the service or knowledge.
I would not hesitate to use them again.
They were timely, efficient; courteous and left everything clean when they were finished.

We have been customers of Heating Specialties for 12 years. That should tell you how pleased we are with their service ! Honestly we would not consider using anyone else. We have recommended them to our friends and the experience is always the same...very responsive, professional, and excellent quality.
I sincerely regret opening up my home to this company. Not only have they not made good on their systems, they discriminate against middle American customers. When installing they had no regard for personal property. Would not recommend this company
Heating Specialties lives up to their claims. They installed a new HVAC system in my house last summer, and have always been more than willing to come out to answer any concerns that I have had. My most recent experience was when their technician, Eddie, came out to check out something, and did a thorough diagnosis of the system, making some adjustments beneficial to the new unit, and stayed around long enough to make sure that everything was working according to the adjustments he made. I would recommend them to anyone, and their price is reasonable, too.
