I ordered a pair of shoes online they were white I stuck my foot in them to try them on I did not like the look of them I took them off and put them in the box went to return them to the store and I was told the discoloration of the shoe deemed it unreturnable! Not until I requested a manager and a phone number and to take a shoe off the shelf and compare colors did someone finally say just give her her money back! They have poor customer service! Also note they have a sign on their door that says we are required to wear masks in their store. I went in there last week to look around did not have a mask on they made me leave. Today when I went into the store to make my return I was wearing my mask yet customer service Representatives were not. If I am required to wear a mask in your store then all Personnel should be required to follow the same rules! I will not do business with this company due to their lack of customer service and their non-compliancy to their own rules
The staff at this store is the worst no one in there has any customer service skills I went in there and my son was wanting to purchase 3 pairs of shoes and the girl at the counter was busy skinning and grinning with same guys that wasn't buying anything not once ask us could she help us and I sat down in the store to see how long it would take her and she never came and I have spent alot of money at your Hibbett stores and if you cant get no better service than this you need to hire new staff but I will not be going back in there I took my business elsewhere because I will not beg you and pay you to

Not the best service. And they don't take returns purchased with apple pay so make sure to keep your reciept..JIC.
