This place was OK at the beginning but the staff are now terrible. The best lady there is the Muslim lady with the burka helpful always smiling knowledable of the kids activity, what they have eaten etc. Now I'm not happy with the service you walk in to the place dont even knowledge you as a person. What saddens me is when I pick up my kid it's not excitement. The first thing my sons says to me is water daddy water water. Which was a huge concern I actually witnessed a child smacking and abusing another child which no teacher was doing nothing about until a teacher said to me what am I doing there. I pointed out another child being hit by another child and stated I want to see how long until the staff step in and do something about this which the teacher then said stop to the kid and looked at me and says see they are both smiling now.. The really big lady with the blonde tips in her hair with insane regrowth. There were days my son didn't attend and they were charging us for those days. My kid comes home with bruises on his legs back and arms all the time. I'm just sick of this place. The lack of care and their heads being in the clouds. I think the care of duty at this place is turning to dust. I think I will be pulling my kid out of here and taking them to the new one that opened down the road. Very disappointed in the place. My boys come home starving all the time thirsty. I have had enough.

Terrible childcare, my child got hit so many times , spoke to director, sent many emails nothing changed
Bad experience, closed today and only a day notice to look for new one. Not happy.

Lalor Child Care Center is amazing , my child ( one year old ) is loving it , He was crying at the start but the staff is so friendly and caring that it took him couple of days to settle . I love the space children have , great outside area and they run amazing programs for kids . I love the fact that they are very flexible with the times and I can leave the child a bit early and pick him up any time . I love the fact that I can call any time to find out how hi is going staff is very friendly and nice. Would recommend the Center to any family.
