Great facilities and instructors. Business owner very difficult to deal and does not accept criticism very well. We encountered a big chunk of lost lessons/money due to sickness at home, but the aftermath of that and having to deal with the owner who clearly is more interested in running a business than his actual clients has put us completely off JUMP. Would not recommend them and we will now venture off to another organization.
Awesome facility and crew that own and run the place, our baby loves his swimming classes he's been going since 12 weeks old and is now 16 months and will be continuing through the progressive stages. We cant thank Terry and Charlotte enough for the personalised, friendly and family focused swim school they have created, also a special mention to Tanya her passion shines through.
Always exceptionally clean and tidy - friendly teachers and a well equipped play area for kids that they love ! Terry and team do a great job!! We love coming to JUMP!
Absolutely perfect swim school in every way cannot fault it, staff are fantastic and my 4 year old son gets excited before every lesson and progressed quickly. Thanks Terry, Brett and team!
This is an excellent swimming school, especially when you have to take 2 kids (one swimming and 1 standing by), as it's very safe for the one not going in the water. There's a secure play pen and also some pool safety barriers so the little ones can't access the pool area. Terry is very nice and friendly and always available for questions or for a chat. I wish I'd find it earlier! :-)
I totally recommend Jump Swim Schools Bibra Lake to anyone looking for an awesome place and some great teachers and owners!
