I've tried all the gyms on the coast and this is by far the best! Coaches are so friendly and you learn so much in the classes!!
Excellent Gym! First High Performance gymnasium on the Central Coast and brilliant/highly qualified coaches. First class is free, and there is a class for everyone!

Exceptional for kids' confidence and development. We've been lucky enough to have an excellent coach, Caitlin. The facilities are great, there are lots of classes to choose from and holiday programs. Good for all ages.
