We specialise in two styles: Hapkido - the ultimate self-defence style Brazillian Jiu Jitsu - as seen dominating the UFC Our classes are structured to give beginners the maximum rate of improvement in fitness and technical ability in the minimum amount of time, and to provide experienced students with a challenging class. Classes are fun and the techniques are taught with safety in mind. Our instructors are not just personal trainers teaching kicking, punching and stretching, they are individuals that have had a strong commitment to their own training and development and are now committed to assisting you achieve your goals. Our members come from all walks of life including clergy, office workers, tradies, students, academics, the military, police services and more. When you start training with us you will be welcomed into a family focused club. Our members often get together for more than just training - it is simply a great group to be part of. Absolute great location to teach your kids discipline, respect and give them some confidence. Paul is very passionate and has had a lot of patience with our 4 year old shy daughter. It took a while to get her engaged and we finally see the rewards.
