I rang last week and spoke to a lady from Option 2 who was so Condescending in her manner and very fake I felt quite disheartened!! I explained I had my Masters in Psychology and also have a daughter with special needs. She said you have to do “their course specifically” and my Psychology Degree does not count. She asked me at beginning of conversation where in Sydney do I live. As soon as I said Granville but am willing to travel she said “sorry we can’t help you”. Talk about Fake and Judgemental!
A team of professionals who really know what they are doing! The programs are awesome and we’ve seen a massive change and improvement in our child. It has changed our home lifestyle for the better. I highly recommend this training.
This place is amazing so welcoming and they really want to help my son yes it might be pricey but money doesn't matter. I feel confidence in the therapists here as they take time to make a plan especially for my son! The receptionist Bailey is so helpful. So happy we found this place for my son its worth the wait!
Professional work. Program supervisors and senior behavioural therapists did an amazing job. They were positive, supportive and helpful. Unfortunately the receptionist was somewhat snobby and judgemental. I do not appreciate her attitude and behaviour each time.
