We stopped here for lunch before we headed into Byron Bay and we were so glad we did. The burgers they made were amazing. Best chicken burger I’ve had in a long time!
This is my sons favourite place to stop on the way to queensland!! Its really lovely. Has great food. Awesome animal attractions. Awesome playground and putt putt golf
The Macadamia Castle has some really cute animals and a great relaxed pet farm environment. The inside is a little dated and I wasn’t a huge fan of the old school cafeteria style restaurant. Perhaps would be better as a modern Byron style restaurant and a gift shop.
Our wedding was full of so much happiness and love and we couldn’t have imagined having it anywhere else! The amazing team looked after us and everyone that attended with so much detail that it seemed that they enjoyed the night as much as we all did - From animal encounters, train rides, setting up the space, the unique and yummy menu options and anything we needed was never too much trouble. It was full of so fun much and we received only wonderful feedback from our guest about everything. The animals were added surprise entertainment for all our guests - both youth and old. It was really just the best day ever! :)
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, lots of activities during the day to entertain all age groups. In residence; koala, wombat, llama, kangaroos, snakes, emus, walk through aviary, cockatoos etc. the gift shop was well stocked with interesting gift items. The cafe was simple but fine (pancakes were GREAT). Mini-golf was fun. The place is in need of
some TLC but do support it for the on-going benefit of the animals. Four hours well spent.
