I love working out at this gym. I don't feel jam packed with all the other customers. There is a plenty of room, weights, and machines that I don't have to be right on top of someone else. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and if I ever do have an issue the owners take care of it right away. Also, it's very clean.
This gym is excellent, finally an awesome gym that's close to where I live. They have everything I need to get full, total body work-outs. The Nautilus and Hammer Strength machines were all in great shape and available to use when I needed them. They were all in good working order and all equipment looked very new. There has been a lot of talk in both Macon and Trousdale counties about this gym and it has all been excellent positive feedback! My first trip here, the trial run to try it out, really made an impression on me to where I could see that someone had put a lot of heart, sweat, money and hard work to get thos place up amd running. The gym itself is very spacious and roomy. Another factor that is great is that they have plenty of disinfectant around, plenty of new white towels for anyone's use. The owner is a great guy and has got himself an awesome place to have a great workout with excellent equipment and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Yes, I now absolutely have a membership here and plan to keep it for quite a while! Great place guys!!! A+++
I love going here to work out. Great atmosphere with great workers. Really nice machines and just overall a great gym for any type of person. Rather it be a cardio queen Or a CrossFit king.
Great gym that has just blown up in the last year. Nice equipment, even if it's not new. The owner really works to keep improving, and he's always aware of his customers' needs.
An excellent secure gym to work out. Good equipment. Affordable membership.
