I had friendly,and surprisingly prompt service by the staff and doctor,my only problem is they didn't screen anyone who came in the er and at least 4 people that came in weren't wearing mask!!! They need to in force the mask wearing especially in er !!! They didn't check anyone's temperature either( I don't think this helps anyhow) over all good job!

The ER doctor was great but the RN left something to be desired she came in once to hand me my paperwork, she didn’t go over the paperwork. I would of understood if they were busy we were her only pt. I asked her questions and she said it’s in the paperwork. Luckily I am an ER tech and I helped the doctor with my son because their was no one else offering to help.

Don't go!!!!! I understand if your critical and can't make it any where else. However if at all possible do not go to this hospital! My husband spent 5 days in this hospital with Covid-19. We needed to have his short term disability and FMLA paperwork completed for him to maintain his paycheck. It took a week to even get someone to tell any information on the status of the paperwork. When I did get information (3 attempts on my part) I was told the hospitalist, Dr Hargraves worked 7 days on and 7 off. That could be the reason for the delay. I received another followup that said the Dr. stated it would take 2 weeks to get that paperwork completed and if we needed it sooner to call our primary care Dr and have them to complete them. I don't see that happening as the family Dr did not see my husband at all during his hospital stay. My husband does not receive his pay until these papers are returned to his company's corporate office. Thank you MMCN for your concern and care of our family. I am sure we will extend the same customer/provider relations when we start getting in those medical bills.

I was admitted to the ER on May 19 after a fall in which my nose was broken and I had several cuts and abrasions. I was treated so kindly and efficiently by The ER staff. They were kind and caring, and all questions and treatments were carried out in a very professional manner. Thank you to the administration and staff...we are fortunate to have this fine facility to serve the medical needs of our area.
