I have 2 daughters here and the way the staff interact with them makes the experience so much fun. It’s the highlight of there week.
If I could rate 0 I would!
My daugher has spent 3 years at this service and has only received 2 certificates in this time! Was told our normal class wouldn’t be running anymore, so changed days and times to suit them, which was the biggest mistake I’ve made! My daughter was put into a class that was 2 levels down from where she was at and was so humiliated! She had gone from swimming almost a full lap of the pool, to being in the kindy class and crawling back up the wall! She’s in grade 2!
When I approached staff and management, no apology was offered and I was basically told I didn’t know what I was talking about! I now cannot get my daughter to attend lessons here as she is totally embarrassed and thinks she’s a failure at swimming.
Luckily, we turned to Paul Sadler and they have been amazing! As always, you get what you pay for and this place shows it! Cheap swimming lessons = cheap learning!
