Great people!
Stopped in for a workout while visiting my daughter and had a great experience. Good equipment, clean, and the staff was great. I will go back anytime I am in Charlotte.

Clean, well stocked gym with a nice functional training area.
Very disappointing experience with this gym. I was charged after my contract was up and was not given a refund. Owner was nice while I was signing up, but after that she could have cared less. Be very careful about giving your credit card information to this company. You will have to cancel your card to stop them from charging it.
