I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND renting or doing any event here! Anything that has to deal with these people honestly! I rented a pavilion for my daughters birthday, and I didn’t end up using it because of the weather conditions. On top of having to deal with power outages and storms shortly after. I assumed there wouldn’t be any hassle (to get my money back) since it was out of my hands. So I call, being patient and compliant. And what do I get? The push around! Constantly getting transferred to a managers voice mail! Who, mind you, never called me back! That’s what! I call around the end of October, (WITHIN THE 30 DAY FINE PRINT) and here it is mid November! I just now got ahold of a manager who will HOPEFULLY deal with the problem I’m having! This was all BS, and I will never use/deal with anything that goes through Moore Parks & Recreations again! If it gave me the option to give ZERO stars, I WOULD!????
I am not sure if this is the appropriate place to review the Summer Camp the City offered, but it's the best place I can find! Logan and his team were EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Everyone was so kind to the kids and seemed to really care about them! The field trips were incredible, and they really made each and every day so fun!! My daughter can't wait for next year!! And an extra special thanks to our Moore community for continuing to offer programs such as this during these "crazy" times!!

Today I took my grandkids to park on janeway after having adults light up a joint and vapor and the cursing around my grandkids I called the parks office and they didn’t care so I called a ifficer and behold they did nothing so if you care about your kids avoid this park
