Showed them pics of my son's bike. They assured me they knew what size it was after asking them several times. Turned out to be the wrong size. Sent someome to return it and top up to get tge right size. They said "we do not accept returns". Well, didn't you convince me to buy the wrong item? Whose fault?
So so disappointed. My son's bike is tubeless and it will take long for me to travel back to Alice from Bush to get a tube replacement.
Poor customer care indeed. Dishonest sales tactics.
I'd like to thank Diane and Karan and the staff at Outback cycling for looking after us Race to the Rock competitors a few weeks back. They really went out of their way to help us with ordering in parts, offering flexibility with mechanical support and then boxes to help us get home on the plane. They also have a pretty impressive shop presence in Alice with plenty of tempting things! Thanks again, it gave me peace of mind knowing you were there ready for me.
Thanks so much Kacper for your help selling me my bike and accessories! The guys were super knowledgeable and friendly making the whole process really enjoyable. Neat to see people who love bikes and also ride them, definitely recommend Outback cycles
Friendly staff and good gear but somehow my sons derailleur ended up in his spokes after changing gears too quickly. We were accused of dropping the bike on the derailleur and charged us for a new one!! Check every gear before you leave the shop!
Thank you Jen for an amazing outback single track cycling experience. Wow Wow Wow. The tour was awesome and you really helped us get out of our comfort zone and see the beautiful sunrise of Alice Springs. Thank you for the great memories and morning tea. We loved loved loved it. Highly recommend this sunrise tour.
