Powerhouse museum is a grand yet impeccably maintained treasure. It had been in my bucket list for a while and when I finally got to visit it, it was worth the anticipation. It serves incredibly with both science fanatics and novices alike. Adults as well as Children can rest assured to have a great time. It will blow your mind and keep it calm , at the same time.
Such a fun time! Really great for kids, family, friends, or what we did, a date!
Recommend the Apollo 11 exhibit which is on at the moment to celebrate 50 years since the moon landing. Small but easy to digest and informative. Catered for the lay man. Came out with more knowledge than when I went in.
Great place to take the kids, especially with the interactive exhibits! The upstairs cafe is probably the better of the two in the museum as they have more on offer. The gift shop is nice if a bit pricy, but then again, what gift shop aren't?
Love the museum, have been there 3 times in the last 4 years and love it every time. Can't wait to go there again when my son is older so I can enjoy the practical science with him and explain the technology changes throughout the history. I would give 6 stars if I could.
Great place for scientific exploration for kids. Easy accessible from Central train station. Spacious and informative place. Must visit for kids who love exploration. Nice cafe inside and outside. Plenty of food options.
