My granddaughter has dance here. They are very friendly and helpful
My wife and I moved to Norman so that I could attend University of Oklahoma. My wife was able to gain employment at Premiere Dance Company. Over the past 4 years, I can honestly and truly say that this studio is the most organized, prepared, professional, and loving studio that I have ever been around. This studio and the owner has had such a huge impact in our lives that we are drawn to stay in Oklahoma now that my education is completed. We feel like an important part of the Premiere family!
Our daughter has attended Premiere Dance Company for five years, and every part of our experience has been wonderful.
Each staff member works hard to build these girls up. They lead by example and then expect the girls to do the same for one another. Our daughter has been encouraged and built up by her teachers AND the older girls at the studio. The impact that Premiere has had on her self confidence has been remarkable and particularly valuable during her middle school years.
We have also been thrilled with the progress our daughter has made in her dance technique and abilities since coming to Premiere. In addition to having talented, qualified instructors, the studio focuses on technique until March each year, giving the girls the time they need to grow and develop their abilities even more before focusing on recital choreography.
Finally, as a dietitian, I am always concerned about negative body image issues for girls, especially in the dance world. At Premiere, they encourage health, not a specific body type or size, and the girls have been consistently sent the message that they are beautiful, talented and strong. Such a great environment!
Our time at Premiere has been fantastic. Our girls have danced there for 6 years. I am very thankful for the staff at Premiere. My kids look up to them not only as dance teachers but as role models. I also appreciate the tasteful costumes and appropriate music at recitals.
We have been at Premiere since Stephanie opened her doors and just completed our sixth recital and our second year on the company team. I have recommended many friends to Premiere and have had nothing but positive feedback from all that have joined. We love it at Premiere and couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a dance company to join!
