Only because I had to put a star. Other than that it deserves nothing.
Came for a birthday party, and we had to wait "30 minutes"
Because of thunder. When it's only supposed
To be 15 minutes.
Since 4:30pm. The girl kept telling us 30 minutes, 30 minutes, until we got until 6:00pm. Then the girl said she was Leaving at 6, and had to wait until someone came to open. There goes another hour waisted.
Didn't even let atleast the kids get in the pool. Because again.... they kept telling us to wait, and then when time was up, there was "thunder again"
So pitiful. "Supervisors" came. Didn't even speak to anyone. Just went into the gate where the pool is at and locked themselves in there. Looks like they didn't even want to work to be honest. Bad customer service. Never coming back again. And will definitely tell others about this.
We had our son's 6th birthday here recently. When you do a birthday, you get the pool area to yourself. We only did the Noah's Ark side. The kids really loved it and it's perfect for kids probably 3 - 10 years old.
Life guards there were also very good. They interacted with the kids (mine needed a band-aid, and they patched him up) and they really watch over everything.
It does get pretty crowded otherwise, or at least it looked crowded before our party started.
A great hidden gem. Our one year old son love it, the place is well maintained and very clean.
All the lifeguards were very friendly. (They dont accept outside food or beverages, but there is a nice cover area by the gift shop where you can eat).
The pool is wonderful for my three-year-old grandson. The staff is professional and the facility was clean. The concession stand in the food we purchased was excellent. The pool is clean & lifeguards very nice. But BEWARE when you sign up online! I must’ve accidentally missed a box that signed you up for a ACT Registration fee that appeared on my credit card the following month for $89.95. I was unable to contact this company by phone or email to dispute the charges. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they have so many complaints that they don’t even post half of them they are not accredited.
It’s a real shame that a ministry organization is using this company to sign up for their activities. I have tried to call the Quillian Center and I’ve also left them an email about this unfortunate situation
Great pools for kids and adults, complete with showers and covered seating, a playground and it's always very clean!
The only bad part is they sell ONLY packaged processed junk food, filled with sugar????, preservatives???? and gluten????. So if you're any bit health conscious and don't eat garbage or have food allergies like my family and I are you have to bring your own food, which now they are not allowing.. This is presenting a real problem for us????. Maybe they'll make a change soon..
