Applied on a Friday and got a call on Tuesday saying I was approved! I was able to go pick up my dog the same day. The adoption process was quick and simple, they answered any questions I had. They even helped me get her in the car because she was scared. I can tell she was well taken care of while she was there and she's the absolute sweetest. Thank you!
Red haired lady at the front desk needs fired. Terrible customer service. They never respond to any applications ???????? poor animals.
Certain staff are extraordinarily rude and act as though it is their job to hoard animals and not help them find happy, healthy, loving homes. Very standoffish.
Staff are caring. Low cost spaying and neutering program.
Great staff, clean facility. Adoption process is easy. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
