All water and land based activities for fun, health and rehab are available. (heated hydro pool is especially beneficial for me). The centre is suitable for all ages and abilities and has Professional trainers available. All staff are friendly and helpful. You can keep up to date via Facebook and if there are any cancellations or area closures, members are informed by sms. Highly recommend the centre.

This place is hidden from town, it is superb temperature controlled indoor swimming pool with unbelievably low prices. Gym has new equipment very some very helpful staff.
Good price. Consistent. Good temperatures throughout the year.
