Night time calm
The lake was warm but warned of swimmers itch. I had no problems, myself. Nor did my family and friends. The beach wasn't very big but, not overly crowded either. I will say, the camp is not hammock friendly. My site had no trees, for example. The staff had actually taken my hammock down from the location I had slept, not far from our site which was kinda annoying. They didn't have a good solution as to where I should set it up but I never had issues after that altercation either.
One more thing, don't drive over 2 mph or they'll say "slow down there, bud".
Cool campground on a secluded lake
They put us in a washed out Sandy spot B8. Couldn't enjoy our long weekend because our jack broke went and bought another. Sunk and rolled again had to make two trips to town. Can't put on until we get home cuz will sink and roll again. No one offered to help or refund. Ruined my weekend. came to relax. 6am someone decided they needed to 4 wheel on a Saturday morning
Great Camp Ground! Visited my best friend from high school there for the day!
