I went to Roy Emerson tennis centre 2 weeks ago for the first time as Shaw park was all booked due to the competion and the staff recommended me to try Roy Emerson centre. The facilities are great and especially the staff are super friendly and supportive.
It has become one of my best tennis centres in town.
A great Inner City location to play tennis! With Frew Park just there and an amazing cafe, this is the perfect weekend spot to hand out with the Family.
Awesome facility with a great coffee shop upstairs overlooking the park and the courts. The guys working there know their stuff too, definitely the best place in Inner Brisbane to buy your tennis gear or have a hit with friends.
Nice courts but booking system is terrible. We booked using the website but we're told when we arrived that the court is not available due to a tournament. What's the point in having a booking system if they don't use it?
We wasted our time going there for no reason.
Awesome place to go. Coaches and coffee shop are amazing! I had a flat white and it was absolutely beautiful. I had a chat to the manager Robyn, such a lovely lady who knew heaps about tennis, all the latest gear in the pro shop and the tennis programs they offered (she also made a mean coffee). Outdoor setting is beautiful and a great place to drink or eat the amazing food and drink offering they have (this may just be my new local cafe!!) Thanks to the team at Emerson for making my experience memorable, I will be back!
