We wanted a kitten and so applied on the website for one. They got back to us very quickly, after a few days and we sorted out the adoption. Went to pick her up a few days later, they boxed her up for me as I did not have a carrier and gave me all the information I needed to do with her care and future vaccinations. The staff at the pet store were helpful in helping me select the right food and some other supplies such as a scratching post. Overall a quick process with a lot of help from friendly staff. Izzy is super friendly and snuggly just like her listing said and we've had no trouble settling her in.
Bright, comfortable location to search for a fur-ever friend. Volunteers and staff are friendly and informative, but some could benefit from a little more training. Overall, not a bad experience.
Love visiting this facility, and spending time with domestic pets. Grandchildren get a greater appreciation of animal care and tips from volunteers

Their face. Staff who look after animals seem to be a lot better and do their job. Too much chatting at front desk. Nice to visit the animals though.
Covid restrictions have taken the omph outa going there atm even op shop had nil treasures????
