Nice spot, have the right company and its even better. People get their gear off, NOT get on the gear! Well some, like to look after themselves and then you just may want to look quickly the other way. But hey if they have the courage to get naked, good luck to them, I on the other hand wavered
What a beautiful pleasant place to stay. Although it has nudity on the beach there was hardly anyone doing that. Went with friends and children and we all had the best time. Felt like you where miles away from anywhere and the stress just melted away
The nudist thing is fine, it’s really embraced and seems normal.
I was a bit put off my how territorial people are, there’s clearly a crew that lives there for the summer so you almost feel like you’re encroaching in their space - I’d recommend getting there pretty early to set up your camp and to get a spot for your car.
We were on the beach and came back to someone moving our tent. We then moved spots entirely and the group next to us (who looks like they actually live there for the summer) queried why we moved to that spot as if we weren't welcome - the camp site is FREE, so we were surprised they even felt they could say something.
We went to bed feeling unwelcome and left as soon as we woke up.
Amazing place. Free, respected, and the way to it is fun.
Why do people bother to go knowing it is next to the nudist beach and complain. Really over negative people. Lighten up or stay away. Great place winter or summer. 4wd essential.
