Great place, great therapists. My daughter has come very far since her 1st appointment years ago ❤️
Receptionist was very rude and would constantly cut you off. Have absolute no patience to fill your inquiry, nor would let you finish your sentence and/or explanation.
Worst place ever,called for enquiry regarding therapy sessions, the female receptionist is far from rude,talks over you ,does not allow you to speak and provide mpre information of the patient that shpuld be treated neither lets you finish to speak about the diagnose and the needs of what the require for the services, very awful
This is a great centre. We have been coming here for a number of years now for Speech & OT. Both our speechy & OT are very experienced and professional. DIR/Floortime & Visuals have worked wonders for us.
The staff seem to be kept well engaged and motivated by the director, which is a must in this field of work. Happy staff, Happy Client.
So far terrible. They don't keep appointments themselves. Always have to chase them up when they don't keep an appointment. They have been so disappointing.
