Neither the billing or appointment departments answers the phone in a timely manner. Currently on hold for 21:35 minutes and counting.
I am new to the area and have had to be in twice for a chronic condition that has flared up and has caused me issues. Both times the doctor on call was rude and apathetic to my condition. I don’t have a primary care doctor yet because I am still waiting for insurance and everything to drop in for my job and until very recently was broke. In pain and having lack of a better choice due to circumstances out of my control I had to go in. Both times the doctors were extremely rude the second one chastising me for having yet to find a PC. They both acted like I was a waste of their time because I was non-emergent. I was just looking for a little sympathy and relief. The only redeeming quality about this place is that the nurses are wonderful. They actually listen and are interested enough to help treat whatever issue you have non-emergent or emergent. That being said I will drive to Ft. Morgan or Denver before I go back to this place.
This place sucks. I'd go to a veterinarian before I'd be seen again by these rude, disorganized clowns. If you value your health, start driving elsewhere.
They were very judgemental and didn't really care if I was sick. I was in a lot of pain and they said they wouldn't help me. They treated me like I was a drug addict. I'm not. Don't go to this er they're are they most horrible healthcare possible. They're also not the smartest
