We absolutely loved our visit to Summers farm! They were super reasonably prices and had sooooo many activities for the kids and family. The kids loved it so much and are still talking about it today. They had activities for all ages. My children especially enjoyed the log swing which was similar to a zip line and apple cannons, which is the only thing that is an additional charge, only by $5 tho. Amazing deal! The food was also super good, they had a good variety, make sure to try the apple cider slushee, you’ll be glad you did. We also rode a tracker to pick pumpkins which was fun and we’ll be painting them soon for fall. Great day trip for the kids. We are going to visit again for sure!
Such a great fall activity for the entire family. Every activity is spread out, staff constantly sanitizing the events. Highly recommend.
My family loves Summers Farm. It is literally my son's favorite place on earth. My son has Autism and it is sometimes difficult for him to enjoy the farm during normal, busy hours. He can't run freely when it is busy because he does not know to come back to me or not to bother other guests, etc. He also cannot wait in lines, so there are many activites we do not even usually get to particpate in. Last year there was a sensory friendly morning, just for kids with autism. It was so amazing. He got to run free and play. We didn't need to keep apologizing to other guests who did not understand things he did. He got to particiate in every single activity on the farm, without having to be rushed or having people waiting on him. The staff was so kind. It was really amazing.
We were so excited to go back this year, but looking at the website I did not see a date for the sensory friendly day. I called in to ask and the lady ont he phone said she didn't think they were going to host it this year. I explained how much we loved it and how sad my son would be to not experience it. She was so kind and said she would speak to the owner for me. A few days later, the sensory firendly morning was added to the website. This is not only a super fun farm that your kids (and whole family, really) will love, but it is also run by amazing and kind owners and staff. It is really hard to enjoy a lot of things other families get to enjoy, when you have a kiddo with Autism. I am more grateful than they know for this kindness.
Wasn't too much to do there for kids alot of walking my grandson got tired from walking around seeing what they had there!
???? Sunflower Festival!! ???? There was local beers from Idiom Brewing Co., perfect weather, lots of games for the Hobbit to check out, apple cider donuts, baby goats, socially distant live music, & we had a picnic lunch!
