I looked for a long time for a swimming teacher for my children and finally I found the one here. He is respectful and kind to my son, for my son he is his best friend. Thanks to him, my son learned in such a short time not to be afraid in the water and to swim. Thank you Keegan Wawrzyniak for your time and patience and above all for forming a bond of friendship between my son and you.
Up until recently, I have had nothing but good things to say about Summit. Unfortunately, that has changed. I recently was offered the opportunity to work in northern UT but since they didn't have a Summit there, I was going to cancel my account. However, after speaking with Parker who helped me get my membership, I decided to pause the account. After two months, they started charging my account again but I did not authorize this because I was still living in northern UT when I tried to resolve the problem. I spoke with Andrea and Karen to resolve the issue, but they spoke to me rudely and lacked basic customer service skills. When I am at a gym/working out customer service is extremely important to me because as a part of the service I am paying for, I want to feel comfortable around the employees and have a positive environment. Also, treat people the way that you want to me treated. Other than these employees and their customer service, this place is a nice facility with great equipment, and if it weren't for the treatment I received, I would recommend the facility. If you want quality service and a comfortable environment, then this may not be the place for you.

Meh... Snobs are snobs where ever you go, wow the price is crazy expensive considering the service. NO THANKS!!! I give it a 2 start because its quite, but thats mainly because the guy employees are always busy checking out and talking with girls/ladies. Wow that was a lot of "because"
