Very clean and well maintained units. Having a second bathroom made it ideal for 6 people. Grounds were in excellent condition. Both pools were excellent and the 2 heated spas provided good resting spots. Other facilities like tennis, mini golf, gym,DVDs and jigsaws provided extra activities.There were many other activities organised by the Resort for patrons to choose.Overall it is a great place to relax or enjoy holiday activities.
The place had nice facilities and rooms although I would say they need to work on the outdoor pool and barbecue area, the outdoor pool was very nice our first day here but got extremely cold by the third day it was so cold that no one was in it, we did tell the staff about this but they never did anything about it. Now the barbecues were nice standard outdoor barbecues but they didn’t have any nearby cleaning equipment or wipes to clean it after use, I had to go out of my way to buy equipment for this as couldn’t leave it dirty. The rooms were nice but didn’t have room service we were here for 10 days and so you would assume they would have room service but the 7th night but no turns out they only do room service if you say for over 2 weeks! And even after that you have to pay for it, you would think after paying over $4000 for this place they would at least give you free room service! Overall the place is alright and very nice for a family holiday just need to work on the things listed above.
A great family friendly resort! Sunraysia has great facilities and clean and comfortable apartments to stay in. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area is fantastic! Would recommend staying here.
