I've been buying road and triathlon bikes for 20 years in both Europe and Australia, Most recently I've been buying from Jay at swim bike run and I've never come across a more knowledgeable and honest sales person. the shop has a good range of bikes but Jay always tries to understand what type of riding I'm doing and only sells me what i need. i recently replaced a bike and again he took the time to go through my options before placing me on the perfect bike for me. They then turned around the bike build in no time to get me back on the road. sensational service!
Jay also does a brilliant bike fit!
Great shop, very knowledgeable and helpful. Go above and beyond with lots of useful tips, as well as products. Just did an awesome job getting me back on my Shiv just in time for the triathlon season. Highly recommend Jay and his team! I’ve used bike shops all around Australia and in Europe. SBR are the best I have experienced.
Excellent service. Jay and Adam have been consistently helpful and knowledgeable on the 6-8 times that I have been to SBR. They respond quickly to any problem, are keen to get me back on the road, are very happy to order in items and make contact when they have arrived. They are very reasonably priced and go to great effort to keep the customer happy. My repeated experience in dealing with any staff at SBR is so different to "dark hearts" that I suspect that it something about "dark hearts". Carry on Jay and Adam with doing a great job!!
