Had a small admin issue but the gentlemen Nick was very helpful. I love going to this place and watching my kids compete. Can't wait til we get that gold medal! Awesome stuff!
Well if you call yourselves West HQ please build a bigger swimming pool than what you have actually made. When ever there is a class , causal swimmers are told not to use the pool as first preference given to other's , though we all pay for our membership.
This swimming pool is very small and can't handle the members who want to use this pool during peak hour's. People don't shower before using the pool , they just jump in and that is very unhygienice and the people in charge will not apply this rules , as all they care is Money not members well begin .
Staff supervisors or any other higher position staff are always unavailable if you want to raise any awareness or improvement as a member, simply don't care????????????.
Vast majority of staff have zero customer service skills , though when applying for job with Rooty Hill Rsl its says Strong customer service skills are required and the most rude people are front desk staff and swimming instructors .
Please if you want to run a swimming pool , please get staff who are willing to commit towards it's members. Iam a true Local Reviewer and support my local businesses at all times and very happy to meet in person to discuss this .????????????
Please open the windows. Thanks
