I did the Singapore Chili Crab class on Friday. It was my Christmas present to my girlfriend. We both enjoyed it and would highly recommend! It definitely demystified cooking crab for us and we learnt all the tricks on how to prepare a crab.
Just so you know, the class is in groups of 6, so you share responsibilities and don't necessarily get to do everything. Luckily, we were grouped with some nice people and had a great time.
Really enjoyed the experience, learnt a lot from the very knowledgeable staff before hand.
Then tried to put it in the practice as best as possible turned out not too bad! Good Teachers.
Fun to meet new people or to go as a big group.
Will be back to try a different course soon!!

Quite disappointed. We went there with big group and where told they will cater for vegetarians or special food needs, all it meant that they give us some veggies and told to cook it as we wish...
When it comes to seafood it was really basic, grill prawns and marinate the fish. Literally. I was hoping for some cooking tips and didn't learn anything knew.
So unless you haven't ever in your life cook a fish or seafood, don't waste your time.
