Be careful of these crooks. Bought wrong parts, went in next day for a refund and told no refunds given only store credit due to company policy. Senior staff had no real interest in helping and just looked away letting a junior staff member deal with the situation. Nice flashy looking showroom with zero people skills. Got the help I needed elsewhere and won't waste my time (or money) with this company again.
Thought about sourcing a bike from cairns spoke to a Chris bloke, he needs more training on how to communicate with people talking with him doesn’t want me to make the trip to cairns and buy a bike from Yamaha..still love the bikes just not the customer service
Karlee the finance lady was a gem, she sorted my finance and had my bike in my hands within 3 days of the application. She made everything so easy and straight forward. I appreciate her time and effort for getting it sorted quick!

Excellent for service both customer and motorcycle. Came up from Victoria to Cairns and got a rear puncture. They replaced the tyre at a reasonable price and had me on the road in 30 minutes.
