Horrible experience and owner is a complete DoochBag! We paid him in advance for 50 tickets. Three days before the start of the event, he tells me the event is canceled due to weather and he's going to provide 50 tickets for the next event in 3 months. Total RIP-OFF and NEVER to be trusted!
Ran this race their inaugural year -- and loved it! Well organized, easy to get to, fun finisher medal, good course, and of course it was a blast being chased by the zombies! I did do this race solo, and I would suggest doing it with a group. Wear older shoes since you're going through all sorts of terrain.
Such a fun race, very well organized. My new favorite race, the medals and trophies are incredible. Worth every penny you pay.
This was not fun and basically was people screaming and grabbing flags from my belt. Have no fear you can find or get more flags along the way (oops! spoiled). I would not do it again. Wear old shoes because the 4 ft of mud you cross may get them dirty.
