Poor customer service and untrustworthy advice. These guys only care about taking your money. Go to MEC and get friendly service and not price gouged!
Little John is friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me a lot selecting my bike and helping me to set it up. He is awesome!!
Excellent services and very professional.
Very happy with my purchase of the Giant Defy Advanced 1 road bike at this Bike Depot location. I was very excited to hear I got the last one in stock as there has been a massive shortage in the GTA due to the pandemic. I noticed my rear derailleur was not switching gears properly after riding for a few weeks. Emailed and received amazing assistance from Ray and John! Took my bike in and was fixed promptly after. Bike is riding like a DREAM! Thank you guys - this is the BEST BIKE SHOP IN THE GTA!
