I've been a member of several gyms and this one is by far the best. You cant beat it. Awesome equipment. Awesome staff. Non intimidating environment. I could go on and on. David McMillan Landon Stroud and Mr Chuck.... what a team.
I've been in search for a nice gym with a lot to offer. I used to attend focus fit but that became a more of a" look at me"kind of atmosphere. I will be joining the club considering they have so much to offer for a very reasonable price and Dave was a hell of a salesman lol...
Love this gym!! It has everything you need. My son, who is 9, loves hanging out at the Spot while I work out. They also have a nursery for younger kids. Definitely give it a try. Very impressed.
Staff is nice. Place is clean. Tons of equipment to use. Tons of different activities and classes you can take. They have tanning beds and a hydro massage thing that is neat. The hours are convenient. Changing rooms are large. The best time to go is 8pm. Glad I found this gym.
Been there almost 2 years and equipment is very dated. Some of the machines hurt you than help. For the money I pay, I'm disappointed. Spoke to the manager and he stated that they were listening to members about the equipment. Hopefully that meant better equipment in the future. Other than outdated equipment, it's a nice gym for the family.
