The Drama Hub offers school-aged children (Yr 3 - Yr 12) friendly, fun and supportive group drama. We believe all children have the right to be imaginative and creative with an element of 'play' without being assessed or judged. We provide an intimate and safe class space that consists of 12 – 16 students. This allows more time with each individual; room to move and a relaxed feel to the room rather than overcrowding. Students will gain life skills that will assist in every day situations in their classroom; public speaking, social development, team building and even outside of school; personal and professional confidence and positive social behaviour. The program focuses on: - scene studies - improvisation - group activities - theatre sports - prop work - creative story telling The program runs throughout the school term, and focuses on a key theme each week therefore each lesson is progressive from week to week, so class commitment is required. The Drama Hub is now offering professional Drama workshops for businesses in Brisbane that want to enhance team building and problem solving skills, boost morale and experience some good genuine fun.
