Really nice course but.... Only 3 stars because they completely overbooked and its was all jammed up. Took almost 5 hours to play a round. No rangers in sight. Completely unacceptable in my opinion.
Good course but many holes slope quite a bit and what looks like a good drive ends up in the rough. Some traps have big ole rocks, 2019, in them and aren't dressed.
Update: played 9/20 and bunkers in much better condition. Person in pro shop needs to work behind the scenes or up his welcoming skills. Course never seems to have a starter and causes confusion. Rangers would've helped speed things up. Layout of course is great.
Nice course slow play and rangers nowhere to be found
Truly a test of your skill as a golfer. Some tee boxes are in need of upgrading/repair/enlargement. Some parts of fairways need reseeding and better care. Greens are very difficult but well kept. Worth a play if you are in the area.
Greens were heavily dimpled with ball marks but very fast and playable, tee boxes were beat up but acceptable, and course layout was exceptional. However, we had whay was most unacceptable in front of us six players - 20 y/old's taking advantage and not caring about anybody but themselves playing together as seen in the photo. No ranger! No good! Several groups behind us drove in and gave up. My group only played 16 holes and gave up.
