Me and my daughter accompanied my boyfriend to The Lab today to get a test done. The lady who came out to assist us (I didn't catch her name, but she was a middle-aged Hispanic lady) was so unbelievably RUDE from the moment she came out into the waiting room. She argued with me over a name of the other person being tested, completely dismissed me while I was trying to clarify by saying "I don't need to be talking to you" when I am the exact person she needed to be speaking with. I can't even express to you how rude and unprofessional she was. I will NEVER use this facility again. I am beyond disappointed.
Very friendly and fast service.

Okay so I just got back from The Lab on fleishel Ave. LET ME TELL YOU the woman who "assisted" me with my test was horribly rude. Made comments on my clothes, I was wearing shorts and a top on a chilly day. But I've been sick and warm so it didn't feel bad. This lady had the audacity to ask me where my clothes are.
Where are your people skills?
Not only that, while being rude and almost assuimg I'm a drug addict since I was going in for a test, she was unorganized. She was all over the place, had a better than you attitude. Asked for my ID then gave it back and then wanted it again, and then sent me to the restroom and when I tried explaining she hadn't given me the cup, she cut me off and pointed to the door and said "GO COLLECT YOUR SAMPLE"
So I nervously walked to the door and ONLY THEN did she decide to give me my cup.
The whole thing was grossly unprofessional. Treating people like they're drug addicts when doing a maditory drug test for work ISNT alright.
Thank you for reading my review! If you must go test there I am so sorry. If you're an employer and you like your employees, I suggest not sending them to these miserable people.
Do Not Use This Lab. They falsely accused me of not passing a drug test 2 months ago on a Tuesday .I could not believe what they were saying so I went to another place in Tyler ( U.S. Works) and did a hair sample and it came back Great. One the Lab employee has been sharing my business with other people.
