So I had a shirt sitting here for a good while. (4+ months) Went to go take it off their hands and a kid had gotten chocolate on it. I know accidents happen and that's not their fault. No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and he'd spoken to his boss but hadn't made any attempt to clean the shirt

You’re 100% correct you did tell me you’d make it right. A definite timeline WASNT ever given. Again also 100% correct. However that’s my issue. I was never given a timeline for long it was off display, and never given a timeline for when you would fix it. I waited several weeks and never got it fixed.
I’ll gladly bring you the shirt back if you want to fix it. I’d like a definitive timeline though because several weeks to go to the cleaner that’s less than 30 minutes away ain’t gonna fly. Y’all might invest in some display bags. It’s crazy when I posted the story on a few of the streetwear FB groups how many people laughed at y’all for not using them.
